Yesterday night, my sweet tooth got the better of me...I looked in every cupboard, drawer, and all the other usual spots I hide my sweets in. But, when I opened the refrigerator door and saw 2 bars of Philadelphia cream cheese staring back at me, there was only one thing to do...make cheesecake! And trust me, it looks as good as it tastes (or, tasted...we ate it as fast as I made it!)
