Art de boîte d'ombre

I began working on this chic little shadow box before Christmas, and have finally gotten around to finishing it. All it took was some Martha Stewart paper...the pink flowery design is my favourite...some scrabble tiles, a little vintage lace, an antique button and a gorgeous carved hand. The one displayed I found at the bottom of a box at a garage sale this past summer and has been sitting on a shelf in our art room just waiting to be used in a project.
I have a few more I'd like to finish in the same colour palette, and then sell them as a set...I really should get around to starting that Etsy shop!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Kate,
I bought 2 boxes at the flea market awhile back with the same idea. I have not gotten around to making them yet, but now you have inspired me. I love what you did with yours. I bought the boxes from Jennifer Grey at the old painted cottage. Anyway yours is beautiful.
Have a great weekend creating!
